5Rhythms® Boundless Waves Friday Dance

Boundless Waves is a weekly 5Rhythms® class in the heart of Berkeley, held by a rotating collective of 5Rhythms® teachers from across the Bay Area, each bringing their own depth, wisdom, and years of devotion to this practice. What unites us is a shared trust in what becomes possible when people move together in such an intentional space.
Each Friday we'll move through the rhythms, and dive a little deeper into something specific that opens the vast richness of the practice. Come and ride the waves with us!
