Abstract:
Just because a group of people work on the same contract, contribute to the same project, or sit in the same room (virtual or real) doesn't mean that they are truly a Team. This session will get you thinking about what a real Team looks like, what interpersonal behaviors to look for and avoid, and what questions to ask one another all in the interest of becoming a real Team.
