Meditation, Sharing and pet therapy

We’re hosting our next Pause & Paws Meditation + Sharing Circle this Saturday, 13th December, 4–6 PM.

🧘‍♀️ 30 mins guided meditation
🗣️ Non-judgmental sharing space – talk about whatever is on your mind / heart
🐈 Our therapy cat Shivi will be around for comfort cuddles
☕ Optional coffee run together afterwards for whoever wants to stay back
