'A Friend Indeed' (AFI) is an attempt to realise the expansive network of friends and family that we 'already' are. To activate the gift of connection and practice it on a daily basis. To feel safe, trusting and at ease with each human being on this planet!
This gathering is open for all -

- Single or otherwise
- Queer or non-queer
- All are welcome...
*Initiating Community
AFI started in Feb, 2023 and has been a donation-based monthly gathering. Every time 30+ registrations happened. This tells us that something about AFI seems to be appealing for a lot us, but then not everyone turns up for the gathering.
To live AFI we need practice and for that we are initiating a regular group of people who can commit to at least 3 gatherings (i.e. 3 months). To ensure the commitment and bring in accountability we are introducing community membership.
Membership
Currently, we are starting with a small group of people who will meet online on Zoom (max 35 members, age no bar).
As the interest grows, we intend to start city / area-wise chapters of AFI, which can be led voluntarily by a set of community guidelines.
All members will be connected via an online platform which helps bring in confidentiality, yet provide a space to authentically connect and offer exchanges with each and all. This platform will be moderated to create safe space.
Consider AFI as any other club. Only and major difference is the intent. Which is to build trust within us and in the world. To (re)unite us all by the simply witnessing how we are, in fact and in deed, connected.
Dates and time
7:30 pm to 9:30 pm is the usual time with 20 mins buffer.

Membership fee
The membership fee is basic and is primarily to bring in accountability and intentionality.
