Mamta has over 12 years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, Product Development, and Project Management in IT and IoT space out of which 4 years of experience centres around envisioning and building products in Data Science and AI domains. An MBA in Marketing from SPJIMR, Mamta has led the AI and Data Science portfolio and drove opportunities in Energy, Traffic & Parking and Citizen Services and was also responsible for setting up the Data Science Center of Excellence in the organisation. Currently as part of Artificial Intelligence Capability at Accenture, her work centres around building AI and Computer Vision systems.
Next Avani Shah will; help us Explore Pricing through different lenses and understand the dynamics of pricing to bring about Dynamic Pricing.
Avani Holds a Bachelors and Masters in Statistics and has over 5Years of work experience in the domain. Currently, she works with Book My Show as a Data Scientist.
Finally, We have Amar Nayak, a curious, science fundamentalist, mountain trekker, cyclist, rebel and a one who likes to grow potatoes. Apart from that, He also believes that spaghetti monsters are real.
Amar works as a Sr Data Scientist at HERE technologies. He develops smart and intelligent systems for autonomous vehicles. Previously, He has worked as a Researcher in Robert Gordon University (UK) for 7 years. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, MBA from Robert Gordon University (UK) and also pursuing a PhD (Engineering) from the Robert Gordon University (UK). He has published 2 scientific papers, filed a patent in Machine Learning and presented his studies in 3 international conferences.
Amar will take us through Naive Bayes classifier algorithm and how Bayes theorem is used in the courtroom.
