Discover the foundations of truthful acting.
Our first meetup is designed to introduce actors to the core principles that unite many of the world's most influential acting techniques. Rather than focusing on a single method, we'll explore the shared goal of creating authentic, emotionally truthful performances while learning how different practitioners approach the actor's craft.
During this session, you'll:

• Learn the fundamental principles behind Method Acting and realistic performance.
• Explore the work of Stanislavski, Strasberg, Meisner, Stella Adler, Uta Hagen, Michael Chekhov, and Chubbuck.
• Participate in practical exercises that develop presence, observation, listening, imagination, and emotional truth.
• Work with scene partners in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Receive constructive feedback to help you grow as an actor.

No previous Method Acting experience is required—only curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to explore. Whether you're preparing for stage, film, or television, this session provides a strong foundation for developing a more truthful and connected performance.
