What a line-up: Julia, Jens, Robert, and Elina are amongst the most energizing people I had the pleasure to interact with in the last months.

Julia Herzog-Butter is an inspiring innovation expert, that amongst others, worked for the Scout24 Group as AI Evangelist and Head of Product OEM. She is experienced in Systematic Inventive Thinking, Design Thinking and recently founded her own company. Her focus: Helping people to make better decisions. She will talk about the Kangaroo Method, a fun and interactive way for evaluating options and decisions from different perspectives and by doing so turning your gut feeling into a solid foundation for your decision.

Jens Heitland, former Global Head of Innovation at IKEA, host of the No. 1 Human Innovation Podcast and passionate corporate innovation and leadership enthusiast will share his insights into the corporate innovation game, and why the human factor is key.

And finally, Robert Meza and Elina Halonen, who combine behavioral science with product and service strategy. They recently published the Behavioral Design Strategy Board. It combines elements from the Behavior Change Wheel and its core, the COM-B model of behavior (capability, opportunity, motivation, and behavior). Robert and Elina will share firsthand experiences in taking innovation to the next level by using behavior as main driver.
