Free outdoor class to boost your running technique.
Target of this outdoor workout class is to give you some initial tool and knowledge about how to improve your running technique, boost efficiency and feel the difference in just one session.
About the workshop:
- WarmUp and Technique Check
Start with a dynamic mobility routine to activate your body, followed by a short run. This helps assess your current running form and identify areas for improvement, so you get the most out of the session.
- Running Technique Breakdown
Learn the fundamentals of efficient running form through targeted drills and clear explanations. We'll focus on posture, foot strike, cadence, and arm movement to help you understand how to move better and be more efficient.
- Feel the Change & Cool Down
Apply what you’ve learned in a second short run to feel the immediate improvements. We’ll finish with guided stretching to cool down, improve flexibility, and lock in the benefits of the session.
