Landscape Photography @ Eibsee

Fellow photographers,

Join us for a day of landscape photography at Eibsee, one of the iconic places in Bavaria.
A lake surrounded by trees and the snow covered Zugspitz mountain in the background - the perfect recipe for great pictures!

This event is for all levels, from beginners to seasoned veterans.

As this is a relatively long trip and because this area is so popular among tourists, we will start early in the morning:
* Meet at Munich central station at ~07:15
* Depart at 07:32 with RB6 to Garmisch
* Take the bus 9840 at 09:14 from Garmisch to Eibsee, where we will arrive at 09:55
* Walk to the panoramic view at the north side of the lake where we should arrive at around 10:40.

Walking around the entire lake takes around 2 hours.
So further taking into account the time needed for taking pictures and a lunch break, I expect that we will probably start the return trip at around 15:00. We will probably be back in Munich at ~17:30.

What you will need for this trip:
* Your camera
* Optional: tripod
* Walking shoes: this is not a hike, but walking distance is 6km and ~150 meters of altitude.
* Small change for the bus (I think it's 6 EUR for a one-way ticket)
* Food + water. Alternative: spend some €€€ at the restaurant (the beer garden is still closed)

The Germany ticket is valid on the train between Munich + Garmisch.
If you don't have a Germany ticket you can buy a Werdenfels Ticket or Bayernticket.
