• Friendly, respectful atmosphere (nobody screams “HOW CAN YOU CALL THAT?!” — worst case: “…seriously?”)
• Beer, snacks, sometimes pizza, sometimes someone shows up with a homemade pie (we still debate if that’s worth a re-raise)
