This program is designed for confident swimmers who already know the basics of freestyle (crawl stroke) and want to refine their technique, improve speed, and build endurance. With a focus on perfecting arm movements, leg kicks, breathing techniques, and overall coordination, this course helps you develop a solid foundation and achieve your swimming goals with expert guidance.

• Location: Allianz Sport Casino, Osterwaldstraße 144, 80805 Munich
• Start Date: January 24, 2025
• Schedule: Fridays at 6:45 PM
• Fee: 160 Euros

### Additional Information

• Participants per Instructor: 4–6
• Duration: 6 sessions, each 45 minutes
• The swimming pool at the Allianz sports complex offers an ideal space for all types of swimming lessons due to its size and facilities. The water temperature is maintained at 29°C, with a depth of 1.35 to 1.45 meters. The pool size is 16 x 5 meters. Additionally, the entire pool is available for exclusive use for our courses.
