**It's the last Happiness Club of the year! And I invite you to celebrate with me with a drink and a snack as we take time to reflect on the past 12 months. Bring a pen and paper, as we will be journaling on some end-of-year prompts and sharing our highlights of the year.**

I'd like to extend a warm invitation to you all to join me online, wherever you are in the world, for my Online Happiness Club Meeting. We meet every week to check in, support one another, and discuss a topic related to happiness.

The Happiness Club has been running for over 10 years and I love the community it creates.

Through this online group meeting, you will have direct access to me, a Happiness Evangelist and Life Coach with over 30 years of psychology, mental health, and coaching experience, as well as the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women.

Each week, we will discuss a Key to Happiness and leave with some action points that you can implement in your life.
