Finally the sun is shining, lets get into the Nature and do some Mindful Yoga to ground ourselves, take deep breaths under the blessings of the Sun🌻🌲☀️.
Even if you are completely new or seasoned Yoga practitioner, just come along. Lets also make new connections
🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♂️ The session will be comprised of breathing exercise, Traditional Hatha Yoga poses, and relaxation with Yoga Nidra, which will be helpful to balance the chakras and channelize the vital energy flow (Prana) in your body.
Where? -> Just near Milchhäusl, I will pin the exact location in the map.
After the practice (not must) we can dip into the water a bit if you feel like or sit together and get to know each other.
Come with your mat, may be something to cover you and a towel if you want to dip in the water and good vibes 😇🌻💫
