Sketching Kites Together - A Cultural Drawing Gathering

It will get sunny this Saturday, so it will be perfect for heading out, drawing and having a lovely picnic! :)

This time we're sketching kites from all over the world ✍️🪁🌎- it's a perfect connection between culture, childhood, and art!
Your kite can have a symbolic meaning, feature a special animal from your home country, or showcase a pattern that's typical for your culture. At the end, we'll put all of our kites together so they fly on one sky - creating our final artwork for our community exhibition!

Everyone is welcome! We're always a lovely mix of experienced artists and complete beginners 😄

Please bring

• Your sketchbook or paper (Minimum A5!)
• Drawing materials of your choice (colours are great for kites)
• A blanket or something to sit on
• Some food to share (finger food is the easiest to share ;) ) and something to drink
