Sketch and Paint - Botanical Garden

Are you interested in art? Don't like to draw on your own? Or do you want to meet like-minded people?
Whether you are a beginner or a professional - all levels are welcome!
Keep in mind, every artist starts with "ugly" drawings, it's the practice and learning that makes them better. You don't need any fancy equipment to get started, just bring pencil/pen and paper. So don't be afraid to come if you think you "can't draw". This is a great opportunity to start!
The main goal of this event is to have fun while being creative and to meet people who enjoy art.
What we'll do:
We will meet at the Botanical garden, you can either enjoy the sun outdoors or the warmth of the greenhouse. What you draw is up to you, there are obviously a lot of different plants that you can study and draw and there are also buildings that will give you great sceneries.
Depending on how many people join we will probably scatter around a bit and meet up at the end to share our drawings.
Please bring:
- A sketchbook/paper
- A pencil or the medium you prefer (definitely non toxic stuff)
- Something to drink and eat, depending on how long you want to stay
- A camping chair for comfort if you have one
- money for the ticket
How to find the Meetup:
We initially meet after the ticket shop near the entrance of the greenhouse
Language
Since there are often people from other countries, the main language will be English, but you are free to practice your German as well.
