An IFS-inspired dance meditation
There are parts of you that are polished, capable, and composed.
And then there are the parts that are raw, intense, untamed.
This is an invitation to meet them.
For 90 minutes, we enter a guided meditation in motion.
We move to music not to perform, not to perfect, not to learn choreography, but to explore.
This is not a dance class.
There are no steps to follow.
No mirrors.
No right way to move.
Instead, we gently turn toward the parts of us that were once “too much,” too emotional, too loud, too quiet, too wild to show.
Through music, guided prompts, and the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), we create space to:

  • express what has been held back
  • connect with your inner system through movement
  • befriend the parts that long to be seen
  • move safely inside a clear, respectful container

This is a trauma-sensitive, psychologically informed space.
Nothing is forced. Everything is an invitation.
You may feel resistance. You may feel curiosity.
If something in you feels drawn to this, perhaps one of your wild parts is ready for a little more space.

You will be guided.
You will be respected.
