3rd Munich Hardware Meetup: Home Automation and Resources for Startups

Time has come for our third Munich Hardware Meetup! Thank you to Dassault Systèmes for inviting us again to their 3DEXPERIENCE Lab. At this event we'll hear talks about a home automation project, and Dassault Systemes will share details on their support programs for startups. And of course, there will be time for networking as well.

Hardware Meetups happen in over 30 cities around the world, helping bring together founders, engineers, and other hardware professionals to networks, share insights, and collaborate with one another.

Our presenters

Timotej Gaspar is a senior robotics engineer with a PhD in reconfigurable robotics workcells. He has an extensive background on real-time and low-level robot control, motion planning and robot system architecture. He recently engineered an upgrade to his automated cat feeder, a project he's been working on and off for a couple of years as his hobby. He will present the project and how the motivation to automatically feed his feline friends led him to learn skills he never thought he would, among them operating a lathe, designing PCBs, using a table saw and so on.

Dassault Systemes, now for the 3rd time offering their amazing space for our meetup, will share how they support startups and drive innovation through collaborative technologies. Join us for a quick look into Dassault Systèmes and the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab!
