About us
Since 1992, the Munich Hash House Harriers group has been hosting bi-weekly fun-run trails laid out like a paper chase for all fitness levels, followed by plenty of beer, some silly traditions followed by a sociable dinner together.
No membership is required. Just put on your running shoes and turn up at the pre-announced starting point. Starting points are always near public transport . Runs cost €5.- to pay for the beer and snacks. You can pay by paypal - munich.hashcash@mh3.beer or cash
The Munich H3 runs every other Saturday at 15:00(3pm) in the winter months and 17:00 (5PM) during Daylight Savings Time. We average a pack size of roughly 15- 40 hashers. Both runner and walker trails are available, which normally average between 6 and 10 km along the many parks, villages, and woodland trails throughout the Munich area.
It's a great way to see the area and make new friends. Newcomers are always welcome. An added bonus is that there is a Hash house Harriers group in just about every city in the world, so come join a global group of fun-loving runners. A to A run/walkTake the RE70 from Munich Central Station at 15:10. After changing trains in Kaufering, you'll arrive in Landsberg am Lech at around 16:10. We'll start the hash at approximately 16:15.

Some of us will actually run, some will jog and some will walk.
Afterwards we'll be going to a local restaurant, we'll have a car where you can leave a change of clothes.
