Walchensee - Heimgarten - Ohlstadt

This is a medium difficulty (winter) hike from Walchensee to Heimgarten and down to Ohlstadt, but it has more than 1000m ascent, you should be fit enough.

Walking time: ~5h30
Costs: Bayern-Ticket (26-13€), perhaps we need an additional bus ticket from Kochel to Walchensee.
This tour is planned for January 14th. The mountains could again be covered with snow. The tour can be cancelled due to weather or the forecast of the Lawinenwarndienst Bayern.

Timing

• 06:40 Meet at München Hbf Gl.27-36 (please take into account public transport could be late)
• 06:50 Buy the ticket(s) (everybody who is not on time will have to take care of the ticket by themselves)
• 06:59 Leave Munich with the RB66 (59615) to Kochel
• 08:08 Arrive in Kochel
• 08:18 Leave Kochel with the Bus 9608 to Walchensee Herzogstandbahn
• 08:39 Arrive at Walchensee Herzostandbahn
• 12:00 Arrive at Heimgarten
• 16:00 Arrive at Ohlstadt
• 16:24 (or earlier/later) take the RB6 to Munich
• 17:26 (or earlier/later) arrive in Munich

Gear
This is a winter hike. You should have good shoes.
If there's more snow, gaiters/spats is a good thing, ideally you have Grödl with you. With sun, sunglasses and sunscreen should also be brought.
Also bring enough to drink and eat to keep your energy.
