Japanese Spring Festival - Botanical Garden Augsburg

The Japanese Spring Festival in the Augsburg Botanical Garden is a yearly event hosted by the local group of the German-Japanese-Society (https://www.djg-augsburg.de/events/japanisches-fruehlingsfest-2025/).

The program comprises various exhibitions and demonstrations related to Japanese culture as well as Japanese food.
There will also be people in cosplay costumes that make interesting photo opportunities.

There is also a relatively big Japanese Garden style area in the Botanical Garden.

This is a mostly outdoor event and the weather forecast is sunny but cool ...

While there is no event fee, you will have to pay the entrance fee for the Botanical Garden (4 Euro) and transportation to the venue where applicable. Online-Tickets were sold out within one day so I was advised to get there early to minimise waiting time.

We will, therefore, try to be there around 9 when the garden opens (the program starts at 10).
As we seem to be a big group, we'll probably split into smaller groups to explore ...
