Board Games at the Chinese Tower in English Garden in Munich

Hi all,

welcome to our board game meetup. No matter whether you like easier/shorter games (e.g. Uno, Coup, Saboteur, One Night Werewolf, many more) or long games (e.g. ticket to ride, white castle, and many more), you can join us and have fun.

We also have an active WhatsApp group. It's not a must to join. Just join the event and if you like it, you may join the WhatsApp group. You may ask other participants for the link/QR code during the event. Please avoid asking the event organizer for the code before your first participation.

We're looking forward to see you all on Sunday.

FAQs:

1. it's a beer garden. it's normal to bring and eat your own food. please avoid bringing and consuming your own beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and buy it from the beer garden. thank you

2. the location marked in Google maps for the event is really where we usually meet. not under the tower, more towards the playground. We play about 6 beer bench columns away from the kids playground. If this is your first event, just come like 30 minutes after the start and more people will be there who are easy to spot.

3. You always can join late and/or leave early. The mentioned time is the start and end of the overall event time slot when we're there. The general language is English.

4. You can join the event for free.

5. This event takes place each week somewhere (in the winter somewhere inside, in the summer outside at the Chinese tower). We will announce when and where via meetup.

6. We play the games that all participants bring to the event. Some bring shorter games, some longer.

7. It's normal to explain games before starting. You can probably find a game that suits you.

8. If you own games, please bring them.
   You can join as a newbie or when you don't have much experience.

9. However, you may join the WhatsApp group to learn which long games are being offered and can learn the rules beforehand

10. There are enough toilets belonging to the beer garden.

11. There are enough beer tables and benches, in the sun and shadow.
