What we’re about

Our goal is to help people get active, have fun, and improve their fitness in the outdoors, while meeting like-minded individuals and enjoying fresh air.

Who We’re Hoping to Meet:
Everyone is welcome; beginners, intermediate, or advanced. Whether you’ve never exercised before or are looking for a challenging workout, this group is for anyone who wants to move, improve strength, and stay healthy.

What We’ll Do at Events:
We’ll meet outdoors in parks around Munich for full-body workouts, including bodyweight exercises, functional training, calisthenics, and circuits. Workouts are adaptable to all levels, and you’ll receive guidance, tips, and modifications as needed. Socializing and building a supportive community is also part of the experience.

Participation is completely FREE, just bring yourself and your energy!
