We will meet at 12:00 PM in Harras, in front of DHL at the top of the square (accessible via U6 Harras) then we walk to the park.

Hi! I’m Rahil, a certified fitness trainer passionate about all kinds of outdoor training, from calisthenics to functional and bodyweight exercises. Let’s get moving, have fun, and build strength together, whether you’re just starting out or looking for advanced challenges!
Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly park workout! I’ll guide you through a full-body session suitable for everyone, with options for those who want to try advanced exercises. You don’t need to know calisthenics to join!

Optional equipment (not required): (No equipment is needed to join, these items are just for added variety or comfort)

• Resistance band or push-up support
• Skipping rope (I have three, but bring yours if you have one)
• Sport gloves

Mandatory for all participants:
• Sport clothes suitable for movement
• Water bottle
• Proper shoes
• Please inform me in advance if you have any injuries or pain before joining the session

We’ll start with a warm-up (e.g. using skipping ropes), then move into beginner-friendly circuits, strength exercises, and a cool down. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided.
Come ready to move, have fun, and get stronger together!
