Looking for a fun way to stay active and meet new people?
Join us for Outdoor Social Fitness, a relaxed community workout where we combine light exercise, good conversations, and fresh air.
No fitness experience required.
We'll start with a short warm-up and some fun group activities before moving into an easy bodyweight workout that can be adapted to different fitness levels. Afterwards, you're welcome to stay for a coffee, a walk, or simply continue chatting with the group.

## What we'll do

Depending on the group and weather, activities may include:
• Jump rope
• Bodyweight exercises
• Partner activities
• Light mobility work
• Group challenges

## What to bring

• Comfortable clothes & shoes
• Water
Good to have:
• Yoga mat or towel (or anything you can use on the grass)
• Skipping ropes

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please exercise within your own limits and stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns, please consult a doctor before participating.
