Meet at 12:00 PM in front of Deutsche Post, Harras (U6). We’ll wait 10 minutes, then walk to the park, f you’re late, just come straight there.
Hi, I’m Rahil, a certified fitness trainer. Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly outdoor workout, I’ll guide you through each exercise and help you with technique so you feel confident and strong.
⚠️ Can’t come? Please update your status so we don’t wait and others can grab a spot (there’s space for 10 people only!)
✅ Bring: sports clothes, shoes, water.
🔘 Optional: resistance bands, skipping rope, gloves.
No experience needed, just good vibes and a willingness to move!
