Hike (Medium) – Garmisch to Eibsee over the Kramerplateauweg and back

Hi there,

would you like to join me for beautiful hike to and around the Eibsee by Garmisch?

We go by train to Garmisch. Our hike will start directly there and we will head to the Eibsee. This is a relatively easy hike including wonderful views of the valley in Garmisch and the Eibsee. We will walk around the beautifull Eibsee. After that we can walk towards Garmisch or go back by train or bus.
The hike is technically easy but it will be long. Approx. minimum 25 km with 550 m of elevation. If we walk back it would be more. Good hiking shoes are a must.

Meeting time and place: We will meet at the begin of plattform 29 at 8 o clock. at 8:05 we enter the train
We take the RE61 at 8:14 from Plattform 29.

We do not rush, we wait for everyone, but please consider if you are fit enough.

Food and drinks: I do not plan a dinner as the group might be to big for that. So please bring food fo a day hike.

You can easily spot me at track 29 or later in Garmisch in front of the train station.
