Winter HIKE (Medium) – Taubenstein Crossing + Alpine Dinner

Hi there,

would you like to join me for this beautiful mountain hike from Spitzingsee to Geitau. We go over the Taubenstein peak.

The hike is medium. Its not a beginner hike. We go partly a small path with roots and stones that could still be icy. In winter everything is possible. Its medium regarding the length with about 14 km and approx. 560 HM. I plan to have a dinner around 5 in a nice restaurant in the mountains. The train station is close in case you do not want to join for dinner.

Must Have: Good hiking shoes. Spikes and/or poles ar always helpful
Meeting time and place:
We meet at 9:15 at the end of track 34. Ar 9:20 we board the train. I f you cant find us just enter the train and get out at the train station in Schliersee.. In Schliersee we take the bus 362 to Spitzingsee. I assume everyone has the Deutschlandticket, otherwise please take care of your own ticket. We take the RB55 at 9:29 from Plattform 34.

We do not rush, we wait for everyone, but please consider if you are fit enough.

**Food and drinks:**We can have dinner at the end in Geitau. Bring water and a snack for the day.
