Meet Richard Carrier!

Hi gang! I know it seems like I'm covering you up with Meetups, but this one is really special. Richard Carrier is passing through our area, and has agreed to spend the evening with us! Dr. Carrier is a historian, atheist activist, author, public speaker, and blogger. He has a doctorate in ancient history from Columbia University where his thesis was on the history of science in antiquity. He has written On the Historicity of Jesus, Proving History, Sense and Goodness without God, Science Education in the Early Roman Empire, Not the Impossible Faith, Why I Am Not a Christian, and Hitler Homer Bible Christ.
