We'll meet at General Bragg Trailhead pavilion between 7:50am - 8:00am, then head out for a casual 3-mile out-and-back walk to the Thompson Lane Trailhead. All paces welcome. No experience required.

We’ll pause briefly halfway for about 10 minutes of light stretching and 5-10 minutes of quiet meditation/reflection. Participation in the stretch or sit is optional.

The goal is simple: gentle movement, time outdoors, and relaxed conversation. This will happen weekly, even if it’s just one or two of us.
Free and open to adults of all fitness levels.

Weather: We walk in light rain or cold. We cancel for steady or heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions.

Items to bring: Water and anything that makes you comfortable. A small mat or towel might be helpful if you’d like to sit during the pause.

Dogs are welcome on the walk so long as the golden rule is observed to respect others and their space.
