Group Rules and Participation Guidelines
- Respect for All Participants
- Show respect to all players, organizers, and any attendees. Disrespectful behavior, such as abusive language, physical aggression, or discrimination, will not be tolerated.
- Punctuality and Attendance
- Arrive on time to ensure a smooth start to each game. If you're running late, we may have to replace you with another player.
- Cancellation Policy
- Timely Cancellation: Participants who need to cancel their attendance must do so at least 6 hours before the event. This allows others on the waitlist to join and ensures the event runs smoothly.
- Late Cancellations: If a participant cancels within 6 hours of the event, they will still be responsible for paying the event fees. This helps cover any costs incurred and ensures fairness to other members.
- No-Shows and Repeated Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or failing to show up without prior notice may result in restricted access to future games or, in cases of continued violations, a ban from the group.
- Team Spirit and Sportsmanship
- Keep the game fun and friendly. Help maintain a positive atmosphere, play fairly, and support fellow players, regardless of their skill level.
- Safety First
- Avoid risky moves that may lead to injuries and respect any instructions from organizers regarding the venue or gameplay.
- Equipment and Clean-Up
- Provided Equipment: Clean team bibs will be provided, along with free water for all participants, so there's no need to bring your own gear or refreshments.
- After-Game Clean-Up: Please help keep the area clean by disposing of any waste properly. Let’s work together to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Participation Fee
- Ensure timely payment of any participation or field fees. This helps cover venue costs and ensures the group can keep running smoothly.
