Muscle Bootcamp at Daan Park
Not your average workout. This is rough, intense, and guaranteed to leave your legs sore for days.
We meet after work on the grass in Daan Park for a full-body outdoor grind: burpees, malcoms, sprints, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, games, and more. No machines, no comfort, just raw training with a group that pushes hard together.
What to expect:
