Kunstgewerbemuseum, Matthäikirchplatz, 10785 Berlin, DEThis month, we'll be visiting the Kunstgewerbemuseum (Museum of Decorative Arts). "Decorative arts" is broad term, encompassing furniture, objects, fashion, and interiors. The museum's collection is extremely diverse: from medieval sacred art to Baroque porcelain to twentieth-century fashion.
As a person who is happy to stare at a beautifully designed cabinet for twenty minutes, I'm really excited for this one. (I promise I won't make you join me.)
