Host: Phoebe Thomas Sorgen (she/her) is a voice teacher, former opera singer, and longterm activist/organizer who takes pride in her many arrests for acts of conscience.

Over the past 30 years, Rev. Ben Meyers has served as a parish minister, hospice chaplain, and social justice/community minister for churches and non-profits throughout Northern California, including 4 years as minister of BFUU. He now lives in Oakland and enjoys spending time singing, preaching and using his cooking skills for preschoolers in West Oakland. His passion is helping people adopt clean energy as a moral and spiritual imperative. A proud parent of a transgender child, he is also a vocal advocate for LGTBQ+ rights.
