In this final Organ & Poetry evening of 2025, Berlin poet Uljana Wolf brings her distinctive voice to the Luisenkirche. Wolf’s work explores the spaces between languages—German and English, sound and sense—revealing how words themselves migrate and transform. Her readings, marked by musical rhythm and linguistic play, unfold as both reflection and performance.
Please note: The poetry will be read in German.
At the organ, Jack Day responds with improvisations and works that echo the themes of resonance, translation, and identity. Together, poetry and music create a dialogue between language and sound, between what can be said and what can only be heard.
