Music is Medicine: Drum and Music Improv Circle

What it is:

An inclusive community improv music gathering to cultivate joy, harmony, freedom, play, and musical deliciousness as we co-create our own slice of heaven on Earth. Can't wait to see you there!

No experience is necessary. We do not have to be perfect for when we create something new is it Perfection already! This event will be held in the chapel and we will be transforming this place into a "temple of expression". Please bring an object you would like to "charge up" to put on the community alter.

The event is hosted by Stacey "Ophelia" Cohen MA, LPC of the Center for Soulful Presence www.staceycohenlpc.com and the Clearing House Savannah who has most graciously offered to co-host with us to share this event with the community at large. During the event, we will be transforming this place into a "temple of expression". All ages, all people are welcome!

What to Bring:
Your drums, instruments, voice, poetry, free-style expression, and your dancing shoes. (There will be some extra drums and percussion instruments available if you do not have any.) In addition, please feel free to bring an object you would like to "charge up" to put on the community altar and any LED lights you want to illuminate where you sit.

Accessibility: There are 3 steps in the front to get into the building. Please advise.

Time: 4 pm-6 pm
