Facilitated by Stacey “Ophelia” Cohen – licensed psychotherapist and emotional coach for empaths, highly sensitive individuals, and the neurodivergent community. Shamanic and energy practitioner with 30+ years in healing, music, and the arts.
What’s Included:

• A variety of instruments: hand & frame drums, percussion, bells, bowls, chimes
• Space for dancing and movement
• Microphones for songs, poems, raps, or messages
• You are also welcome and encouraged to bring your own instruments as well
• No musical experience necessary
