🌳🎵 2E Music Listening Hangout & Picnic: Share the Songs You Love (BARCELONA)

This is a super casual but structured get-together to share songs we love, discover new styles and meet other music lovers in Barcelona.

Where & when:
We’ll meet at the park near Glòries on Saturday at 11:30 AM.
The exact spot will be shared with participants the day before the event.

How it works:

• Choose a song and send the title + artist to the host (me, Dora) before the event. I´ll then do my homework and create a playlist to stream live so everyone can listen at the same time.
• We´ll randomly pick people one by one (lottery style) to share their song. It´s optional, but you’re welcome to say why you picked your song.
• You can always pass your turn and simply enjoy others’ selections.
• To keep things on schedule, the limit is around 12 songs per meeting.

What to bring:

• Picnic blanket or beach towel (if we’re lucky, there might be some chairs but better come prepared)
• Food or drinks for yourself or to share (optional but always a nice touch)
• Headphones/earphones (so you can fully immerse yourself in the listening experience)
• Charged phone with internet access (we’ll use a simple app for streaming, no need to download anything)

If someone forgets their headphones or arrives with low battery, I’ll bring a small speaker as a backup. BUT I’d prefer to avoid using it, out of respect for others in the park.

Extra info:

• Attendance is limited to 10 on Meetup but feel free to message me if you’d like to bring a +1 or if the event is fully booked.
• You can bring friends, your partner or your doggy 🐶 Everyone’s welcome!
• Please update your RSVP if you can’t make it so others can join instead.

No one will test your music knowledge or judge your taste. This is a space to simply share and enjoy. The only rule is kindness and respect for everyone’s music taste. Chatting between songs is optional.
