Welcome to the transformative realm of OSHO Meditation, where inner exploration meets profound bliss. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the depths of self-awareness, relaxation, and spiritual awakening.

This meditation helps your energy to flow and to be transformed into bliss, joy and to experience the freedom, the witnessing, silence and peace that are hidden behind those prison walls of our mind.

The meditation is meant to be done in the evening, as a let-go of the daily life and its tension and it is an individual experience.

This immersive event is designed to help you let go of the burdens of daily life, find inner peace, and reconnect with your true essence.

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Blindfold (or anything that will keep your eyes shut - it is essential!)

  • Yoga mat

  • Bottle of water

  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Maryna Vadini is a certified OSHO Active Meditations instructor, breath therapist and trained psychologist. She also fell in love and has a degree in philology and practical psychology. She specializes in guiding people on their path towards their intrinsic selves through teaching active meditations, breathing, music-meditation-based methods, and psychological techniques. These are all the tools that help you to get reunited with your true self.

She has 17 years of personal experience with active meditations and more than 10 years of individual and group work. As part of her passion for meditation, she has translated 2 of Osho’s books and is finishing her own book entitled, "Music as a key to your Transformation and Alignment". This book is based on the integrative Body-Feelings-Mind-Spirit approach, which works deeply on every healing component, aligning them all in the end.
