Catch‑up tonight? Big changes in music

Hello there!

I’m jumping (a long jump) on Zoom tonight at 8pm UK because it’s been a while, and I’d love to actually catch up properly with everyone. And I'm getting the REAL-jams back together again (cue pic of the jam crew!)

For tonight though, I'd like to have an online conversation about what’s been happening in music lately, because things are moving really fast right behind the scenes if you’re an artist.

Stuff like:

• what’s going on with Suno and what “ownership” even means now
• how Spotify is shifting the way music gets pushed in 2026
• and the bigger industry shakeups around Universal Music Group and what that might mean for independents.

This is more what are you seeing, what am I seeing, and how do we move smart as independent artists right now.
