Spotify for artists: How to get your music on playlists

You have probably noticed this before, but streaming playlists are the new radio plays of 2017. The more you get playlisted, the more streams you’ll get and the more significantly your fanbase and revenues will grow!

And by playlist, we don’t just mean playlists made by Spotify’s editorial team, but all playlists made by artists, media, label, influencers, etc. also known as curators!

So where should we start?

For our Music Suit Up Meetup, we are very happy to welcome the Berlin-based team of iMusician (https://www.imusiciandigital.com) - a digital music distribution service - who will explain you why it’s important to distribute your music on Spotify, how to optimise your artist profile and how to pitch your music in order to feature it on playlists!

Our schedule is as follows:

19:00 - free pizza, networking time (be sure to come on time as the pizza is usually gone in 20 minutes or less!)

20:00 - "newcomer" pitch

20:15 - Keynote from iMusician: "How to get your music on playlists"

21:00 - short break

21:15 - free prize drawing

21:30 - end of event (but you can stay and chat till Noize Fabrik decides it is time to close up!)
