Wales Airshow + Picnic on the beach (Free; Family-friendly event)

**This event is open to all people of any background**
I’ll be setting out to Swansea Bay for the Wales Airshow (5th-6th July 2025).
If you'd like a unique experience and watch an air show, a Picnic/BBQ on the beach and get to know more people, come and join in!✈️🏖️🧺

Parking: ample parking around, even in walking distance from the city centre. 🅿️
Our meet up point for early birds: TBC The Observatory, SA1 1YB
Where we’ll try to set up on the beach:
The Observatory, SA1 1YB.
- If we’re lucky to have bagged a good spot (will share precise location on the day, if we have exchanged numbers)
CONVOY LOCATIONS TBC
Arrival time:
- Early birds aiming for 11:30-12pm to set up and create our base for the day.
- 11:30 to 2pm (don’t want to miss too much of the show)
Prices: FREE Airshow! Woohoo!
Additional costs: self-funded food and transport
To bring:
- Blankets
- BBQ set
- Food for picnic
- a light jacket (gets a tad windy by the coast)
- ear defenders (for small children)

- regarding food options
- must be halal meat at most.
- Therefore, vegan, vegetarians and pescatarians are also covered
- if you can offer your BBQ skills and can bring a BBQ

- if you can no longer make it, kindly remove your name from the list
- Family-friendly environment, so please be respectful to people around.
- Please do not accost people for matrimonial purposes.
- Brothers: if anyone would like to partake in shisha, this is optional but please do this in a safer and stable way and away from young kids & sisters.
