Potluck and Game Night (Spring Edition)

Spring has sprung! Trees, flowers, and plants galore are blooming, allergies are kicking in, and outdoor events are all the rage. We’re going to switch it up and host an indoors potluck/game night event on Friday May 30! Please join Maryem & the Muslim Socials group for a game night and potluck event. The event will be hosted in a private apartment building close to Manakeesh, Urban Sushi and Kitchen, and Hadramout restaurants (and Saad’s is nearby too…)!

Parking information: there is free street parking on Walnut St, Locust St, Spruce St, 47th St, and 48th St. Please double check for permit parking signage but Friday evening is typically easy to find parking. The closest stop for the MFL (blue line, L, city train, etc) is 46th Street Station. Buses 21 (down walnut) and 42 (down Spruce) towards 69th St Transportation Center will drop you off right by the building. A map will be shared closer to the event.

Note: this event will be held in an apartment building lobby. A deposit was required for our private event. Please plan to contribute $5-$10 to cover the reservation fee. If you have any questions/concerns, reach out directly to Maryem
