#### Event Overview:
This is a stunning circular route in the Peak District National Park with a rocky climb up to Jacob’s Ladder. We will pass through Brown Knoll and Lord’s seat.
Section of this trail are very rocky and steep and care should be taken.
Meeting point is outside Edale train station. There are direct train from Manchester Piccadilly to Edale. For those who are driving, there is Edale Car Park nearby. The car park gets filled up quickly so I would advise you to come early to secure a spot. As environmentally friendly group we strongly recommend car share.
I estimate to complete the hike in 5-6 hours including breaks. I recommend bringing packed lunch, snacks and plenty of water.
This is a moderate intensity hike so a certain level of fitness is required. I advise against bringing children and elderly people.
We will make a sharp start and won’t be waiting for late comers.
Please check the event update the evening before the hike. If the weather is bad, the hike will be canceled.
