MUT-UP Christmas Action: Free love, sweets & hugs to take away!
A brave and happy Christmas campaign :)

Description:
Do you want to do something for yourself and others?

The idea:
Give something away and get something back! You can do that without money.
Give others a little something (a smile, a hug, a chocolate Santa Claus, etc.). Perhaps you will get a "thank you" back or just enjoy a smile or be proud of yourself.
If you don't want to participate in everything - no problem - everything is non obligatory!

Procedure:

• Alexanderplatz world clock
• 1800: We meet, clarify open questions and exchange ideas briefly
• 1815: We move in small groups through the Alex area and give away sweets or free hugs
• 1845: We meet again and exchange ideas
• 1900: We go home in peace

Bring:

For example:

• Redundant sweets from your Christmas plate
• Maybe you are wearing a red piece of clothing - hat, scarf, socks
• A cardboard sign with the words Free Hugs on it - you can hang it around your neck

What does this action bring for you or others?

Perhaps:

• Nothing
  Or
• Connection and warmth to other people, joy in yourself, joy in other people, knowledge about yourself, fun, overcoming your fear or shame, excitement, happiness, tension, something new, contact with other cool people, crossing borders, what to count on , a little beautification of the world and so on…. - You decide!

MUT-UP! principles:

• Everything is possible, nothing is neccesary!
• Be yourself. Be open. If you give more, you feel more!
• Don't expect anything from others. You are responsible for yourself.
• Live yourself.
• Help the others. Be thankful.
• We are all the same. Everyone is cool the way they are!
