Topic today: Happiness! - How to achieve, keep and why?
Let's simply connect with eachother and practise self love by doing small exercises (one-to-one talk+listening).

Description:
You're very welcome. Everyone. You do not need to bring anything except yourself. Just come over!
Together, let us have the courage to discover, free ourselves and live for ourselves! We just try different things! In the group, in benevolent fellowship, you can (re) find and grow with other eyes.
No fear! You're not alone! Courage-up!
(No one is forced to do anything, fun and personal growth are in our focus.)

Agenda 1,5 h session:
- Intro
- Welcome round
- exercises
- sometimes additional: small group exercises with small challenges and lots of support + fun by the group;)
- Feedback + Final Round

Background:
For about 1.5 years I host a german group MUT-UP! for self-love in Berlin, Germany and have gathered there many interesting experiences. I am currently in a coaching training and would like to invite this group beyond theory and conversation to concrete, courageous action and life.
To English native: I apologize in advance, I am German and do not speak English natively but fair enough I think:)
