Hey Super Cutie.

I know what you're thinking... "yep, it' finally happened...Lucinda's has finally run out of fun events ideas." Now, now....stay with me for a sec.

I have a list of things, which I fondly refer to as my "sh*t list, that has been pushed to the back burner. I've got them, you've got them...we've all got them. No shame, here. So, let's get them done, together. There will be wine and food. And support. And laughing. (See what I did there? That brought you back to me, didn't? I know you, girl! ๐Ÿ˜‰)

Here's the deal.

  • You: Bring an appetizer or dessert. Bring your sh*tty little list of things that you need to get done. Bring whatever is required to tackle said list. Settle in at the tables or curl up on one of the couches. Buckle down, get that sh*t done. And when sh*t get's done, post it on our giant "finished sh*tlist" poster and let us pay homage to you like the queen that you are.
  • Me: Provide productive workspace and super speedy wifi. Light up some candles and turn on producivity music. Provide drinks, boozy and non-boozy. Provide the giant Finished Sh*tlist poster.
  • We: Support each other, hold each other accountable, giggle, share ideas, leave people alone if they want to be "heads-down" in their sh*t.

What does one do at a "Get Sh*t Done" event?
I'm so glad you asked. One might:

  • Cancel that credit card you lost over the holidays
  • Pay bills
  • Schedule appointments for the mammogram, the colonosopy, the lady bits, or that mole that doesn't look quite right
  • Organize your calendar - block out time for the important stuff, like self care and alone time
  • Schedule your appointments - hair, nails, massage, facial, waxing, therapy, or whatever
  • Send thank you notes
  • Clean out your email inbox, get rid of duplicate photos and old texts
  • Make that awkward call or send the icky email
  • Unsubscribe and block the sh*t that you don't want in your inbox
  • Set up those Amazon returns
  • Cancel store credit cards that you KNOW you don't need
  • Pull your free credit report and check it out
  • Start pulling your tax docs together
  • Finish that think you're crocheting or knitting
  • Schedule time with the important people in your life
  • Work on your 2026 goals
  • Cancel unneeded subscriptions
  • Renegotiate your phone, internet and TV plans
  • Check for "found money" (I've done it and actually found money)
  • Plan your goals
  • Draw or doodle (no one gives a sh*t if you're really just showing up to be social...if fact, we'll likely respect you for being a rebel)
  • Standardize your grocery shopping list
  • Organize the files on your laptop
  • Hem that cute pair of pants
  • Make an estimated tax payment or fund your IRA
