Meetup description:
Start your Friday grounded. This men’s restorative yoga session is designed for athletes and everyday movers who want better mobility, faster recovery, and a calmer nervous system—without needing to be “flexible.”
What to expect (60 min):
• Gentle mobility + joint prep to unlock tight hips/hamstrings
• Restorative poses to downshift the nervous system
• Breathwork for recovery and stress control
• Optional short reflection to set intention for the day
Who it’s for:
Men of all levels—kettlebells, running, cycling, lifting, or simply sore from life. No prior yoga experience required.
Format:
• When: Fridays at 6:00 AM PT (recurring)
• Where: Zoom (link sent on RSVP)
• Camera: Optional. Mic muted on entry.
• What to bring: Yoga mat (or towel), 2 pillows/blocks, strap or belt, water.
