Women's Red Tent: Embodiment

Red Tents are safe and sacred women's circles where we come together to honor our cyclical nature, our experiences, our relationship to our body, the moon, mother Earth and the Divine feminine in all. We honor our womb spaces by empowering ourselves to heal them and our lineage through sharing in wisdom, ceremony, and sisterhood.

Join us for a sacred evening of connection, nourishment, and embodiment under the summer sky. This special Women's Red Tent Circle invites you into a space of grounding, healing, and celebration.

We will begin with an outdoor self-energy grounding practice that weaves together the wisdom of the Reiki principles (I will not worry, I will not be angry, I will do my work with honor, I will be grateful, I will be kind), the Toltec Four Agreements (be impeccable with your word, don't take anything personally, don't make assumptions, do your best), and the Andean Viracocha (orobous of light/ personal energy space) — anchoring and balancing ourselves in presence, truth, and the energetic light of our essence. These incredible teachings along with standing on the earth and placing our hands on our bodies to connect deeply with the energy of life, the sun, the earth and the self.

After this grounding journey, we’ll move indoors to share a potluck dinner feast, enjoying food, conversation, and community.

As night falls, we’ll return outside to gather around the bonfire for ecstatic dance and ritual celebration. Feel free to bring drums, rattles, or instruments to add your voice to the rhythm of the fire.

This evening is an invitation to reconnect — with your body, with the Earth, and with the powerful energy of sisterhood.

Please bring: A Water bottle, A journal, A friend, A dish to share, An instrument if you want to!
