“Biography Work” ~
Life is unfolded in rhythms and stages, with turning points and crises offering opportunities for transformation and growth. Every 7 years is seen as stages in life. By exploring one’s life story, people can seek for life meaning, promote personal growth, and gain deeper understanding of oneself and one's place in the world.
