Coffee and Introductions

Details
Casual coffee meet for introductions and general discussion. Drop in at anytime. No need for a previous meetup. Limited spaces keep our neurodivergent minds from getting distracted. If you don't make it into this week, please come to another week.
This meetup is for people who want to casually discuss any upcoming goals, want opinions from peers, need motivation or push, or just want to vent about current frustrations they've come up against. It is also a support group for entrepreneurs who struggle with ADHD. These meetups are for entry level entrepreneurs who would like to see one of their ideas come to fruition but may not know where to start.
As a an ADHD specific life coach, I will do my best to help guide you to a starting point and facilitate a sounding board for your ideas. I will invest my time and effort into your idea to help create a framework for you to work with. Any services provided during these meetups are covered by the dues, there is no extra charge. (If you would like a one on one, you may schedule it with me, but there will be no sales pitches at this meetup.)
9am: Coffee and Intros
9:30am: Roundtable idea development
10am: Feedback from group and/or host
10:30am: Toolbox- my prized arsenal of printables and other tools to help you on your journey to entrepreneurship
11am: Discussion, implementation, and close
No need to bring anything except yourself, and possibly your notebook with your initial startup idea. You do not even need a fully developed idea! This is a STARTUP level MEETUP. This is an inclusive group, safe for all.
Who this meetup is NOT for: C level professionals or higher who already have their idea up and running, entrepreneurs without ADHD (there are other groups I can refer to)
========================================
*If you are not neurodivergent you may still attend, however, please keep in mind that the structure and pace of this meetup may differ from others you are used to attending. Here are some expected changes:
>Small groups to accommodate for buzzing ADHD minds, less distractions, more 1:1 accommodation.
>Stimming and ticking allowances: we allow for stimming and we do not inquire or judge, or ask you to stop any stimming behaviours including vocal ones such as interrupting, random singing or clicking, repeating words, word vomit, oversharing, zoning out etc.
>Less distractions- we will be meeting in places that have less distractions then normal networking locations such as loud bars and restaurants. You may wear noise cancelling headphones or loops if you please as well. There will always be a clear structure with a clear start and finish. Repetition in case of a freeze state is never shamed.
>Breaks- we will allow for more frequent breaks to listen to our bodies in case we all hyper focus and forget to use the restroom! This way there is no FOMO for those who may need to stop for a break but do not want to ask.
>All symptoms of ADHD are understood and accepted here. You do not need to "mask" in order to be in this group. You may tic, mask, stim, interrupt, all you want and I will handle it with the grace of a middle school teacher.
>Copies of everything- I take excessive notes and if anything is pertinent to your idea, I will be sure to send copies to your emails so you don't forget your million dollar concept.
>Pacing- is up to the group, but I will moderate to ensure no one is left behind and that we are not moving at a neurotypical snail's pace either
